Why Government Workers are Harder to Motivate

We’ve all seen and read a myriad of articles about managing employees, but these articles don’t always make the distinction between the public and private sectors. But as we all know, while there are some areas in common, there are also important differences. In this article from Harvard Business Review online, we see how managing in government is different from managing in the private sector.
